SHIPPING POLICY

At FireRescueTM, we're committed to delivering your firefighter-themed products safely and efficiently. We provide full tracking capabilities so you can monitor your order from our warehouse to your doorstep.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays) after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • During peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Fire Prevention Week), processing time may extend to 7-10 business days
  • Custom/personalized items may require additional 1-2 business days
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when your order enters production
  • While we make every effort to meet processing timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to supply chain issues, high order volumes, or technical difficulties. Extended processing times do not qualify for cancellations or refunds once production has begun

United States

  • Standard Shipping: $5 flat rate
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over $80
  • Estimated delivery: 4-7 business days after shipment
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx

European Union

  • Standard Shipping: $7.50 flat rate
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over $80
  • Estimated delivery: 10-20 business days after shipment
  • Covers all EU member countries

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over $125
  • Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Carrier: Canada Post

Australia & New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over $115
  • Estimated delivery: 12-20 business days after shipment
  • Carriers: Australia Post / NZ Post

Express Shipping Options Expedited shipping is available for select products and destinations. Contact support@firerescuetm.com for rates and availability. Express shipping does not reduce production time.

Important: Delivery estimates begin from the ship date, not the order date. Please allow full processing time before shipment.


TAXES & CUSTOMS DUTIES

Standard Practice: FireRescueTM makes every effort to prepay applicable taxes and duties for international shipments where possible.

However, please be aware:

  • Import regulations vary significantly by country and are subject to change without notice
  • In rare cases, your country's customs authority may assess additional fees, duties, or taxes that we cannot predict or control
  • The buyer is ultimately responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country's customs authority
  • We cannot guarantee that additional fees will not be assessed by your local customs office
  • Customs processing times are beyond our control and may cause delivery delays

We recommend: Contact your local customs office if you have specific questions about import fees in your country.


DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES & DELAYS

Estimated Delivery Times: The delivery estimates provided are approximations based on typical carrier performance. These are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Factors that may cause delays beyond our control include:

  • International customs inspections and clearance procedures
  • Carrier delays due to high shipping volumes
  • Severe weather conditions (hurricanes, blizzards, floods)
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer
  • Pandemics, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions
  • Carrier strikes or service interruptions
  • National holidays in the destination country
  • Random customs inspections or documentation requirements

Important Policy:

  • FireRescueTM is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • Delivery time estimates do not include weekends, holidays, or customs processing time
  • Orders delayed by circumstances outside our control do not qualify for refunds based solely on extended delivery time

LOST, DAMAGED, OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

Our Resolution Process:

1. For Lost Packages:

  • We will investigate any package reported as lost
  • A package is only considered "lost" if:
    • Tracking shows no delivery scan after 45 calendar days from ship date (domestic)
    • Tracking shows no delivery scan after 60 calendar days from ship date (international)
    • Carrier officially confirms the package as lost
  • We will file a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund once the claim is approved

2. For Damaged Packages:

  • You must report damage within 3 calendar days of delivery with photographic evidence
  • Photos must clearly show the damaged item and packaging
  • We will provide replacement or refund after reviewing evidence

3. For "Not Received" Claims:

  • If tracking shows "Delivered": The package is considered successfully delivered
  • You must check with neighbors, building management, and household members first
  • If tracking confirms delivery to your address, FireRescueTM is not responsible for theft, misplacement, or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Contact the carrier directly to investigate delivery details
  • As a courtesy, we may provide information to assist with carrier investigations, but this is not a guarantee or obligation, and does not constitute acceptance of liability

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:

  • You are responsible for providing accurate, complete shipping information
  • We are not liable for packages lost, returned, or delayed due to:
    • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
    • Missing apartment/unit/suite numbers
    • Invalid or undeliverable addresses
    • Refused delivery by recipient
  • Packages returned due to incorrect customer-provided addresses are subject to:
    • Return shipping fee (actual carrier cost)
    • Restocking fee of 20% of order value
    • These fees will be deducted from any refund issued

RETURNS & RESTOCKING FEES

For returns accepted under our policy:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless the error was on our end)
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, within 14 days of receiving return authorization

Return shipping fees and restocking fees do NOT apply when:

  • We shipped the wrong item
  • The item arrived damaged (with proper photo documentation)
  • There was a manufacturing defect

REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

We will provide a refund or replacement when:

  • The carrier confirms the package is officially lost (per timeframes above)
  • The product arrives damaged (with photographic proof within 3 days)
  • We made a shipping error (wrong item sent, wrong address on our end)
  • The package is returned to us due to carrier error (not customer address error)

We cannot provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Normal carrier delays that fall within extended delivery windows
  • Customs delays or customs fees assessed by your country
  • Packages marked as "Delivered" by carrier tracking
  • Delays caused by force majeure, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Packages lost or delayed due to incorrect customer-provided addresses
  • Changes of mind after production has begun
  • Refusal of delivery by the recipient
  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)

To request a refund or replacement: Email support@firerescuetm.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Tracking number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Photos (if claiming damage)

We will review your claim within 2-3 business days and respond with a resolution.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

1. Maximum Liability: FireRescueTM's total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the original purchase price you paid for the product(s) in question.

2. No Consequential Damages: FireRescueTM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

    • Lost profits or business opportunities
    • Loss of use or data
    • Costs of substitute products or services
    • Emotional distress or inconvenience
    • Damages related to missed events, deadlines, or special occasions
    • Any other indirect damages arising from delayed, lost, or damaged shipments

3. Third-Party Actions: We are not responsible for actions or failures of third-party carriers, customs authorities, or delivery services once packages leave our facility.

4. Time-Sensitive Deliveries: We do not guarantee delivery by any specific date or time. If you need a product by a specific date, we recommend ordering well in advance. We are not liable for damages resulting from late delivery.

5. Force Majeure: FireRescueTM is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, pandemics, government actions, or failures of carriers or suppliers.

This limitation applies even if FireRescueTM has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete shipping information (including apartment/unit numbers)
  • Be available to receive packages or arrange alternative delivery
  • Inspect packages immediately upon receipt and report damage within 3 days
  • Understand that delivery estimates are not guarantees
  • Accept responsibility for any customs fees assessed by your country
  • Contact carriers directly for delivery status inquiries when tracking shows movement
  • Accept the terms of this Shipping Policy and our Limitation of Liability

MODIFY OR CANCEL ORDERS

Before Production Begins: Contact support@firerescuetm.com immediately. We'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.

After Production Begins: Orders cannot be modified or canceled. All sales are final once production starts.

Shipping Address Changes: Must be requested within 24 hours of order placement and before shipment. Address changes after shipment are not possible.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to shipping, delivery, or this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.

For customers in the European Union: This does not affect your mandatory statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.
